Bahamas Welcomes the Start of the Prestigious WSOP Paradise Festival
The long-awaited WSOP Paradise poker festival started yesterday in the Bahamas. This is the first appearance of World Series tournaments on the islands of the Bahamas. So far, the starting levels of the first of the 15 planned tournaments have been played and players have already had time to share their first impressions of the series.
Hello from @WSOP Paradise! Good first day for me, I cashed and I am heading to Day 2 (on Tuesday) with a nice 565,000 stack (15k-30k blinds) in WSOP Mystery Bounty. 10% of the field advanced: 390 started, 39 made it #POSITIVITY pic.twitter.com/ARTvY1Ig0O— phil_hellmuth (@phil_hellmuth) December 4, 2023
Phil Hellmuth is happy to enter the ITM zone in the WSOP Mystery Bounty tournament, in which he managed to register as late as possible. According to Phil, he is determined to fully hunt for bracelets at this festival, and from the first tournament he plays he feels that he is showing a good game.
Alexandra Botez finally met Daniel Negreanu, and they played at the same table. In addition, Daniel was directly to the left of Alexandra, that is, he had a position on her, which the girl was not very happy about.
Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospelier is delighted with the interior and organization.

But Allen Kessler is not happy with the local food and its prices. Such a set cost him $31.25. Many players in the comments to his post also shared their opinion that it is difficult to find decent food at normal prices at the festival.
