Anthony Zinno is a professional poker player from Cranston, Rhode Island. He won three WPT titles and two WSOP bracelets.

Before becoming a professional poker player, Zinno got a degree in chemical engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Then he graduated Suffolk University in Boston with a law degree and passed the bar exam in Massachusetts.

Zinno achieved his first successes in the live tournaments in 2007 at the age of 26. In 2008, he played in WSOP Main Event, took 205th place and earned $38 600. In 2009, the poker player twice stopped a step away from the victory in PCA tournaments. Since 2010, he began to float into the money more and more often.

Zinno won his first WPT title in September 2013. At that time, he turned out to be the best player out of 1 189 ones in Main Event at Borgata Poker Open 2013 and beat Vanessa Selbst in a heads-up. That victory brought him $825 000. It was the first six-digit prize for Anthony and this result is still among the top 5 largest winnings of the player.

In 2015, Zinno won two WPT titles in a row and attracted the attention of poker community. At first, he became the winner of Main Event Fallsview Poker Classic, and then he won L.A. Poker Classic High Roller Tournament. The victory in the last tournament brought him more than $1 000 000 and the first seven-digit prize in his career. Thanks to these two victories and multiple hits into the prize zone, Zinno was awarded the Player of the Year title at WPT in 2015.

After becoming a three-time WPT champion, Anthony joined the ranks of the best players of series, along with Gus Hansen and Carlos Mortensen. As of 2019, Chino Rheem also has three WPT trophies, and Darren Elias has a record result with four winnings.

In the same 2015, the American player became the champion of EPT and played at the final table of WSOP tournaments five times. At WSOP 2015, Zinno won $565 000 and took the 7th place in One Drop High Roller Tournament for $111 111. He also became the champion of High Roller Pot Limit Omaha for $25 000. This victory brought Anthony the first gold bracelet and the prize money became the biggest one for the player at that time (+ $1 122 000).  Throughout his career, Anthony floated into cash more than 50 times and won 2 WSOP bracelets.

In 2019, Zinno continues to actively play poker and shows good results. He prefers tournaments in Hold'em and Omaha, as well as mixed games.
