Cary Katz 2019

In September last year a 24-year-old Ali Imsirovic won two tournaments in a row at Poker Masters series, and after it he became the owner of a purple jacket. Ali decided to take a break for a few months and he has come back to the game some days ago.

His first play was successful. He managed to take the first place in US Poker Open High Roller Tournament for $25,000 where he earned $442,000. But first things first.

Ali Imsirovic started to play at the final table as a chip leader and it took him only two hours to knock out the five finalists. Poker players left the game in turn and as a result only two participants remained at the table: Ali Imsirovic and Cary Katz. Cary’s things were not going too well, since Ali had a tenfold stack advantage. Only a miracle could save Katz but it didn’t happen, and Ali became the winner and got another trophy.
