Ceasars sold Rio Casino for $516 300 000
Yesterday, Imperial Companies in New York completed the procedure of purchasing Rio Casino from Ceasars. The value of transaction was $516 300 000.
Also, the agreement was signed which grants Ceasars the right to manage this property for 2 years. At the same time, the company is obliged to pay the rent for casino in the amount of $45,000,000 annually.

Ceasars CEO Tony Rodio said that selling of casino will help them to devote more time and money to their objects in Las Vegas Strip. He also denied rumors about WSOP «relocation". He reminded that they still own the rights for holding the series. Despite this, he said that he doesn’t know the future of Rio and WSOP.
