Chidwick took the 3rd place in British Poker Open PLO Tournament

British player Stephen Chidwick took the 3rd place in British Poker Open PLO tournament with £10,000 buy-in. He earned $58,734 for a prize place in this event.

Chidwick lost his battle for the second place to American player Sam Soverel. Stephen won over $31 000 000 during his poker career.

Soverel earned $95,443 for the second place. The player from the US George Wolfe became the winner of British Poker Open PLO tournament. The American player won $146,836 and this victory became the first one for him in offline tournaments.

Wolfe commented on his victory:

"It was a really tough final table, as tough as any high stakes cash game. For the last eight or nine months, I've been playing more tournaments and it definitely feels really cool to win one."

Wolfe played with Soverel in a heads-up. In the final hand, Wolfe hit two pairs, which helped him to win in British Poker Open PLO tournament.
