Chris Moorman is no longer the best online MTT player
Chris Moorman headed the list of the world's most successful online MTT players for many years. He is the first player to overcome the mark of $10 000 000 earned in online tournaments (in 2013), and the first one who crossed the mark of $15 000 000 in winnings (in 2018). But lately, Moorman has not been playing as actively as he did before, and what had to happen, did - he was ousted from the All-Time Earning pedestal according to the PocketFives Leaderboard estimates.
Who has overtaken the legendary player?
This was achieved by Peter Traply from Hungary, who plays under the "Belabacsi" screen name on PokerStars, "HungarysHero" on PartyPoker and "kiskutya23" on 888poker. The Hungarian waited until he surpassed Moorman before making his successes public and opening statistics on Pocketfives.
Therefore, the news has become a surprise to the poker community. Now, PocketFives Leaderboard: All-Time Earning (as of 08.07.2019) is as follows:
Traply has recorded 27 347 cashes and his total amount of winnings is equal to $16 727 488. This is his statistics for 13 years of grind in MTT (online). Belabacsi's biggest win is $312 000 for finishing first in the SCOOP-35-H: $2 100 NL Hold'em [Turbo,2x Chance] in 2013.
The guy got most of the profits by playing on PokerStars (about 8.4 million dollars), PartyPoker (3.6 million) and FullTilt (1.8 million). For comparison, Moorman has recorded $16 124 190, having reached the prize zone 11 413 times.

Swedish poker professional Niklas "lena 900" Astedt, who has won $15.5 million by reaching the ITM 7 465 times so far, takes the third place in the ranking of the most profitable MTT players (online). Ukrainian player RomeOpro, who threatened to overtake Moorman, has recorded "only" $12.5 million, earned in online tournaments.
In addition to online success, Peter Traply has won around a million dollars in live events. At the World Series of Poker 2009, he managed to win the $5 000 shootout tournament. This victory brought him a gold bracelet and $348 755 in prize money. It is the biggest cash in the player’s career.
