Dark theme at PokerStars: how to enable or disable it

A few days ago, we reported that PokerStars launched (in test mode) a dark theme on PokerStars.eu. From now on, this theme is also available on the main platform of the Stars, and all the players can assess its advantages.

Some PokerStars users have already tested it and left positive feedback, while others wish to turn it off. If you are in the second group, then follow our simple step-by-step instructions on how to manage the new theme at Stars.

How to enable/disable dark background at PokerStars

1. Log in to the PokerStars client.
2. Go to the «Settings».
   ​
3. Choose «Lobby» and then click on «Lobby Display».
4. To enable the dark theme, tick the box next to the appropriate line, and to disable it – uncheck. Then, press the «Apply Changes» (or «OK») button to save the settings.

The system will ask to restart the client, for the game client to operate under the dark theme. Once you’ve turned the dark mode on, the PokerStars lobby would be as follows:

That's it. Now, it's possible to use the new «night» theme at PokerStars.
