Doyle Brunson: «The Corona can’t touch me, but I don’t want to infect my wife»

Doyle Brunson

The coronavirus pandemic has heavily influenced the global poker community, so that representatives of large poker series are forced to cancel their events, and casino owners put their gambling houses under quarantine.

During one of the podcasts, Daniel Negreanu even stated that the US government should legalize online poker at least for the pandemic period.

Another legendary poker player, Doyle Brunson, stated that he is under quarantine (self-isolation). The player informed about this on his Twitter page in response to the request of his fan, who had asked for an autograph:

Such a concern of the poker legend is quite understandable, as people of advanced age are in the high-risk zone of becoming infected with the coronavirus.

Branson’s colleagues and fans supported him in the comments to the post and wished him to stay healthy and be careful.
