Fedor Holz: «I didn't make any money for about 4 years»
Fedor Holz is one of the most popular high rollers of our time, who made an incredible breakthrough in 2016, earning over $16 000 000 in 12 months. Justin Bonomo soon broke the guy’s record ($25 million in 2018), and then Bryn Kenney had a successful year (2019), which brought him more than $30 000 000. But, Holz was the first to show such a phenomenal result.
However, Holz’s career, as it turns out, was not so bright before the «big breakthrough». The other day, Fedor admitted that he won nothing at the very beginning.

The player wrote on his Twitter page that when he started playing poker, he hadn’t got in the money for about four years. Later, Fedor continued the story on Instagram, having given a few more details about those days:
Now, it is difficult to believe that Holz wasn’t always such a strong high roller. Throughout his poker career, the 26-year-old has earned over $32 000 000 in live tournaments and a couple million, performing online. He leads the list of the most profitable Germany players and takes the 8th place in the All Time Money List in the world. In so doing, the guy hasn’t been focusing on poker for the last three years, but on his company Primed Mind and courses PokerCode. He presents himself as an investor and speaker, playing poker for fun, rather than for making money.
