Greek player wins his second WSOP bracelet
GGPoker continues to carry out World Series of Poker tournaments. Poker players, in turn, are actively fighting for huge prize money and gold bracelets.
As part of the WSOP Online 2021, the $200 FLIP&GO No-Limit Hold'em with a $1 000 000 guarantee has taken place. It was a bracelet tournament, so many players registered for it.
The event had many starting flights, so 2 696 entries were collected. This made it possible to beat the claimed guarantee and form a $1 209 920 prize pool.
Poker player from Greece, Georgios Sotiropoulos, was lucky to emerge victorious, winning $117 020 in prize money and the gold bracelet. To note, this is his second career WSOP trophy.
The tournament runner-up was Taiwan’s Yen Liang Yao who, playing under the "yao_poker" nickname, earned $90 370 for second place.
Successful British poker player Chris Moorman failed to win his third WSOP bracelet as he ended up in fourth place ($53 890). Famous high roller Wiktor Malinowsky closed the top 5 with a payout of $41 620.
In total, 326 lucky players got in the money. The minimum payout was $1 230.
