High Roller Club at PartyPoker: Michael Addamo won two events in one night
Michael Addamo is ranked among the top 3 most profitable poker players in Australia. Throughout his career, the guy has earned more than $8 000 000 in live poker tournaments, as well as gained two WSOPE bracelets.
Michael shows great results in both online tourneys and live events. He proved that last night playing the High Roller Club at PartyPoker.
Two triumphs in a single evening
On Sundays, PartyPoker holds expensive tournaments with high buy-ins and large guarantees. Michael Addamo not only took part in two of these events yesterday, but also managed to win them.
At first, the Australian high roller took down the Main Event worth $25 500. That tournament collected 39 entries, but only five players entered the ITM zone.
Michael overcame such famous poker professionals as Luke Greenwood, Sam Greenwood, Adrian Mateos, Daniel Dvoress, Stephen Chidwick and others. All of these players did not reach the prize zone and left with nothing.
With regard to the lucky finalists of this event, the top 5 was closed by Timothy Adams, who received a payout of $62 000. He was followed by Juan Dominguez and Pascal Lefrancois, after which Rok Gostisa and Michael Addamo started the heads-up battle.

Gostisa can’t boast of major victories in live tournaments. Over the course of his career, Rok has earned $200 000, and the prize money received in this event became his best result.
Experienced Michael Addamo did not let his opponent take the victory and eventually won the tournament. The Australian received $407 000 for the first place, and the runner-up was given $265 000.

The Australian turned out to become the best among 51 participants. Having defeated Sergi Reixach in the final heads-up, Michael added another $204 000 to his online earnings, while the runner-up received $130 500. Overall, Addamo won $611 000 in one evening.
Timothy Adams, Juan Dominguez and Pascal Lefrancois also «accompanied» Michael at the final table. Adams improved his result and took the 4th place, having earned $45 900. Dominguez ($35 700) and Lefrancois ($27 500), in contrast, ranked lower than in the previous tournament, taking fifth and sixth places, accordingly.
