Where to Send the Documents
Scanned copies or photographs of your documents must be of good quality, readable and non-blurry (clear to understand). To verify PokerStars account, you need to send the documents by e-mail to [email protected]. Usually, the whole process should not take you much time, but in some cases, it may take several days.
Confirmation of Email and Mobile Number
Every new player indicates his email address during registration at PokerStars. It must be confirmed immediately after creation of the account, and it is very easy to do. A special letter from the poker room will be sent to you by mail with a link that you will need to open.

💡 Can I play on the site without a verified account?
