How to recover a username on PokerStars

Some PokerStars users face a problem with account access. Sometimes this happens due to the fact that players simply forget their username.

To recover your PokerStars username, you need to do the following:

1. Open the poker room program.
2. Click the "Forgot password?" button.
   
3. Fill in the fields with the email address on which you registered your account.
4. Click the "Send" button.
   

According to the rules of the PokerStars security system, you cannot create a new account if you forgot your username on the old one.
