Jaime Staples temporarily suspends his partnership with PartyPoker
The famous Canadian poker player and streamer Jaime Staples temporarily suspended his streaming activities once again. This time it happened due to the changes in UK gambling laws.
Since 1 October, the amendments in “Gambling Act 2005” came into force in the United Kingdom, which created a significant burden on online gambling in the country.
As it is known, the British laws are distinguished by their loyalty to the gambling industry. The innovations will force gambling operators to take additional measures to limit an access of minors to advertising their services.

Now, all advertising products of gambling services should be targeted at people over the age of 25. In this regard, PartyPoker representatives have temporarily suspended its cooperation with Jaime Staples, who is currently located in the UK. The poker player wrote about it on his Twitter page:
Jamie has also re-launched his second backup YouTube channel in case he gets problems even after his departure. This is not the first time for Canadian poker player to have problems with his streaming activities. In June of this year, YouTube removed 134 videos on his main channel, citing the fact that he promoted gambling.
