Kevin Martin joins GGPoker team of streamers

Kevin Martin 2020

The GGPoker team of streamers has welcomed a new member. This is the famous poker streamer Kevin Martin, who previously represented such poker rooms as PartyPoker and PokerStars. Now, Kevin will actively interact with the poker community by streaming at GGPoker.

It should be reminded that the poker room has three groups of players responsible for certain tasks:

  • GGHeroes are the poker room’s ambassadors (Daniel Negreanu, Boris Becker, Fedor Holz).
  • GGCrew represents players who stream poker sessions and create (video) content on YouTube.
  • GGSquad is a team of streamers working to extend the GGPoker audience and popularizing the room.

The GGSquad includes Fernando "JNandez" Habegger, Koray Turker, Patrick Tardif, Michiel "Easterdamnz" Van Elsacker, Torsten Brinkmann. Now, they will be joined by Kevin Martin, who began to cooperate with GGPoker during the WSOP Online 2020.

It is relevant to note that Kevin Martin used to be part of the team of two famous poker rooms: PokerStars and PartyPoker. The guy represented Stars from 2016 to 2019 and only 4 months worked for PartyPoker, after which he quit professional poker. Despite that, GGPoker managed to track down the right words to bring the streamer back to broadcasts.

Every Saturday, the viewers can expect interesting GGSquad broadcasts, where they will be able to watch new events and take part in profitable promotions. The streamers will play not only poker but also popular multiplayer games.

I’ve been working in the Cardmates team since 2018. Started playing poker the same way most people usually do – socially, with friends and fellow students. I adored those exciting poker nights but never thought my life would be connected with this game, even tangentially.
