Las Vegas casino employees should wear masks again

Las Vegas casino employees should wear masks

Recently, gambling establishments in Las Vegas have slowly begun to lift the quarantine restrictions. However, some casinos resume the quarantine measures for their employees due to authorities’ recommendations.

Thus, Westgate casino, as well as Palazzo and Venetian gambling establishments resume the obligation to wear masks for their employees.

Gambling establishments decided to take such a step due to the new recommendations of the Southern Nevada Health District. According to these recommendations, the service sector employees should wear masks, regardless of being vaccinated or not.

These recommendations appeared after an increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 in the region. If the situation with the pandemic doesn’t improve, then other gambling establishments will follow the example of the above-mentioned casinos.

Nevertheless, the number of infected people in Nevada is clearly lower than last year's summer rates and in general, the epidemiological situation is quite stable.
