Michael Addamo won WPT Montreal tournament for $25 000

The final table of WPT Montreal event for $25 000 finished at PartyPoker. Many famous professionals played at the final table of Super High Roller WPT Montreal. It is also worth mentioning a player Arnaud Anselme who qualified for event through a satellite for $265.

He had an excellent chance of winning six-figure prize money, but unfortunately, he failed. Arnaud lost an offensive all-in with pocket aces to the winner of $5 200 WPT Montreal High Roller tournament. Matthias Eibinger hit a straight of 9-10-J-Q-A and that was despite the fact that one of the players folded a pair of jacks on preflop. As a result, Arnaud left the tournament and earned $64 000 for the 7th place.

The American high roller Justin Bonomo also took part in this event. He finished seventh with a payout of $77 000. The Belarusian poker pro Mikita Badziakouski left the game after Bonomo at the 5th place with $98 000 of prize money.  

In heads-up, Michael Addamo played against Jonathan Van Fleet. The Australian player became the winner of this duel and he enriched with $450 000. His opponent finished the tournament as a runner-up with a payout of $280 000.
