Another Stairway To Millions tournament has ended in the famous Aria casino. This time the event cost poker players as much as $100 000.

Naturally, there were not so many who wanted to play in such an expensive tournament. Nevertheless, 19 entries were made to the tournament, which formed a prize pool of $1 900 000.

An unconditional victory in the tournament was won by an American poker player and the champion of two WSOP bracelet tournaments – Nick Petrangelo.

As a champion, Petrangelo received $1 026 000. A little less fortunate was another American, David Peters, who became a runner-up with a payout of $570 000.

Due to the small number of entries, there were only 3 poker players in the prize money. The third place and $304 000 went to US player Sean Perry.

In the final hand, Peters limped in with 6♥ 6♦ and Petrangelo raised with A♣ 10♣. In response, Peters went all-in and Petrangelo called him instantly. K♣ 9♣ 4♠ Q♣ 5♠ were placed on the board. On the turn, Nick managed to hit the nut flush and that is how he become the champion of the tournament.
