PartyPoker continues to fight against bots
PartyPoker made it a habit to publish results on their anti-bot work every month. According to the report, 121 suspicious accounts were blocked over the last month.
PartyPoker is often criticized for prohibiting download hand histories and use HUD in the room. Quite a lot of people from the poker community complained that this would prevent players from conducting their personal investigations and bringing scammers to light.

In total, from December to March 2019, the poker room blocked 277 bot accounts, which led to the confiscation of $734 000. All this money was returned to the players who suffered from dishonest actions of their opponents.
In April, PartyPoker blocked 94 of such accounts, in May - 42, and in June - 67. These figures evidence, that efforts the poker room makes to combat unfair game are pretty effective.
The problem with bots has been spread across all regions, and it is difficult to single out one country (or several countries), which has the largest number of bots.
