WPT Online results in numbers

One of the biggest online series at PartyPoker finished. For over two months, the players have been fighting for a big prize money in WPT Online tournaments. It’s time to sum up the results in numbers.

Probably, one of the most important results for PartyPoker is that the total guarantee of $100 000 000 was successfully beaten. During the entire series, the poker room paid $100 745 175 of prize money.

Five players got over $1 000 000 for their victories in title events. In total, 34 811 poker players took part in all events of series and the number of entries reached the mark of 285 846.

The poker players from 94 different countries of the world took part in WPT Online series. The British players appeared to be the most successful ones, as they won 19% of the total number of tournaments.

It is worth paying a special attention to the satellite players, as they were the main newsmakers of given series. During WPT, 45 605 tournament tickets were won in the satellites.

Many of these poker players got the big prize money. For example, Daniel Smith turned $33 into $413 000 because he qualified through a satellite and successfully entered the tournament.

WPT Online Mini Main Event was no exception. Four finalists played it for free, as they won a ticket to the satellite and then won the satellites. In Main Event mini-version, all four participants earned a big prize money of over $100 000.

Finally, Charlotte Goodwin can be called the most successful satellite player. She managed to qualify to $102 000 Super High Roller event for just $109. According to the results of tournament, Charlotte won $620 000 for the third place.
