Phil Ivey became a runner-up of Super High Roller Series Europe event

​The famous poker player from the United States Phil Ivey continues to earn impressive payouts in the expensive tournaments of Super High Roller Series Europe.

One of such tournament with a large buy-in of $50 000 collected 52 entries, which formed a prize pool of $2 600 000. American pro Phil Ivey got to the heads-up stage, but failed to win the tournament. He became a runner-up and enriched with $546 000.

The poker player from Turkey Selahaddin Bedir achieved the victory and earned the largest payout in his poker career for the first place, namely $832 000.

Among the prize-winners of the tournament, it is worth noting Jake Schindler with a prize money of $260 000 (4th place) and Seth Davis with a payout of $156 000 (6th place).

In the final hand, Turkish player Selahaddin Bedir went all-in on the button with A♣-2♠, and Phil Ivey called with K♥-J♣. The poker players showed their hands and began to wait for the board cards. As a result, 9♠-6♦-2♥-8♠-Q♠ were dealt and Selahaddin Bedir became the champion, by hitting a pair of deuces.
