PokerDom to hold a charity tournament in memory of Liya Novikova
On June 11 of this year, Liya "Liay5" Novikova tragically passed away. She was one of the most prominent poker players and famous poker streamers in the Russian-speaking community. PokerDom decided to venerate memory of the girl by holding a charity tournament in her honor.
In her lifetime, Liya often did charity work and helped her parents financially. Therefore, the entire fee collected in the tournament will be transferred to Novikova’s family. PokerDom will send the same amount to Chulpan Khamatova’s (Russian actress) charity fund providing help sick children called «Podari Zhizn» (Gift of Life).

It’s also possible to take part in a charity tournament spending much less money and even for free. Daily satellites for the given event will start on 1st December:
- The satellite for 50 rubles (about $1) will take place every day at 4:30 PM (GMT). During the satellite, 12 tickets for the event in memory of Liya Novikova will be raffled.
- Satellite Freebuy awarding 25 tickets for the Daily satellite will run every day at 2:00 PM (GMT).
The tickets won in freerolls will be automatically used for registering in the next scheduled satellite without possibility to unregister. If you win several tickets to the main tournament in the satellite, then you can use them as a re-entry. If you don’t need to re-enter, then the remaining tickets will be converted into tournament money at PokerDom.
This tournament is your opportunity to honor the memory of Liya Novikova and do a good deed at the same time.
