SCOOP 2021 results

​Last week, the major event SCOOP 2021 finished at PokerStars. $100 million guarantee was easily beaten and the total prize pool of series reached the mark of $137 000 due to the activity of participants.

During the series, 306 tournaments were held with the buy-ins ranging from $2.2 to $25 000. High Roller event for $25 000 collected 71 entries, including 20 re-entries. The prize pool was $1 741 000 and Joao Vieira became the winner. For the first place, he received $470 000 of prize money.

In total, SCOOP 2021 tournaments collected 1 391 567 unique entries, which means that the average number of players in events reached the mark of 5 626.

The total prize pool of series was $137 085 201, and the winners of events took $19 369 060. The average prize pool reached the mark of $448 000 and the average prize money for the winners was $63 624.

At SCOOP 2020, Connor Drinan set a record and won 5 SCOOP tournaments. This year, none of the participants managed to replicate Connor's success, although Adrian Mateos and Dejan Kaladjurdjevic were very close to it. They achieved three victories at SCOOP 2021:

  • 50-H: $1 050 NLHE PKO – $84 111 (including bounty) (Mateos)

The residents of 40 countries became the winners at SCOOP 2021. Brazil was awarded the first place. The Brazilian poker players have as many as 50 victories, which is an excellent result:
