Steve O'Dwyer became the champion of Super High Roller tournament at SCOOP 2020

The 14th game day at SCOOP 2020 will be remembered for $25 000 Super High Roller tournament. The fan of high-stakes games Steve O'Dwyer became the champion of this event.

The final table was full of famous names, and Samuel Vousden was the first to left the game. He was followed by Fedor Holz who finished eighth and earned $85 000.

When seven players remained in the game, O'Dwyer managed to win a stunning hand. Ole Schemion went all-in with a pair of kings, and Andras Nemeth called with AA. There was another person in this hand: Steve O'Dwyer with A-Q.

Steve was very glad when he saw a pair of queens on the flop. O'Dwyer hit three of a kind, won a massive pot and knocked Ole Schemion out of the game. As a result, Schemion finished the game in 7th place.

The player from Russia Vyacheslav "VbV1990" Buldygin also managed to get to the final table. However, he failed to reach the final and left the game in 6th place ($143 000).

Steve O'Dwyer continued his confident play until heads-up and fought against Andras Nemeth. The final confrontation began with a twofold advantage of Steve, who eventually became the champion of tournament.

In the final hand, Andras Nemeth went all-in with AK, and O'Dwyer called with K-10. However, Steve got lucky and 10 appeared on the board. As a result, O'Dwyer became the champion.
