Sunday Million at PokerStars collected a record turnout
On Sunday, April 12th, PokerStars held the Sunday Million with an increased guarantee of $2 500 000. The event collected 34 0777 entries, meaning that the players beat the guarantee and created a $3 407 000 prize pool. This is a record figure for the "non-anniversary" Sunday Million.
There were so many participants in the tournament that the event took place for two days. The maximum number of re-entries that could be made was 4, and the future winner, Christopher "NigDawG" Brammer, took advantage of it.
Who won the tournament
Christopher is an experienced poker player who won the WSOP bracelet in the $5 000 tournament 3 years ago. This time the event wasn’t so prestigious, but it was all worth it to overcome such a big field of players.

At PokerStars, the Briton shows profitable results, and his total income for all time is $850 000. It’s worth noting that lately the curve of his results has gone down, but winning the Sunday Million brought a rapid rise.
