The rake structure

In no-limit and pot-limit games:
- 0,01 €/0,02 € up to 0,5 €/0,10 € – 0,01 € for the pot of 0,15 € but not more than 2€;
- 0,10 €/0,20 € up to 5 €/10 € – 0,01 € for the pot of 0,20 € but not more than 4€;
