UKIPT Main Title: London Champion Won Almost £72,000
The Main Event of the United Kingdom & Ireland Poker Tour series has ended in London's Hippodrome casino. The UKIPT offline event is traditionally hosted by the poker platform PokerStars.
This year, 374 entries were made in Main tournament – during three starting flights, the participants of the tournament were able to collect a prize fund in the amount of £359,000. 56 players reached the prize zone, and eight poker players made it to the final table.
The champion of the event is a 22-year-old boy from Newcastle named Dylan Bradley. It took the youngest player at the final table about five hours to beat his rivals and take home the top prize of £71,650.
The eventual winner eliminated almost all of his opponents at the final table. And the heads-up was practically lightning fast. So we can definitely say that things went well for Dylan in this tournament.
Before that, Bradley had extensive poker experience, but at cash tables online. In heads-up, he beat his friend Steven Cherry, who has been playing poker for only one year.
«It was very nice to win. To be honest, I just performed well in the final. Maybe now I'll play more tournaments», commented Dylan.
