US Poker Open: Stephen Chidwick finished first in $10 000 Event

During the short existence of the US Poker Open, nine events were held and it was Stephen Chidwick who won three of these competitions. The situation occurred again yesterday: the guy took part in the $10 000 NLH tournament and managed to beat a 90-player field.

In heads-up, British guy was confronted by American poker player Sean Winter. The battles in the final action did not last long: Chidwick collected straight pretty quickly, and his opponent – assembled set. Both players went all-in. As a result, Stephen finished first and got $216 000 as prize money. Sean became a runner-up of the tournament and was given $157 500 for the second place.

«I kept running as I did last year, this is my favorite place to play in the world by far, and I came in focused and ready to play my best», said Stephen.
