Vanessa Selbst returned to the poker tables after long absence

Legendary poker player Vanessa Selbst returned to the poker tables. This happened in the tournament of WPT Borgata Poker Open Championship.

After three gaming days of event with $3,500 buy-in, 1 156 entries were observed there. In Day 3, 95 participants took part in the tournament, including Selbst. She is in the sixth place with her stack and has good chances to win the main prize – $616,186. American player Jonathan Jaffe is now the leader of tournament.

Vanessa commented on her returning:

“It was close to home, and I love this tournament so I decided to give it a whirl.”

Vanessa won almost $12,000,000 in her poker career. She showed her last result in the live tournaments in 2017, when she took the 56th place at WSOP. In a year, she failed her performance at WSOP. After that, Selbst decided to stop playing poker and left PokerStars Team Pro.
