Viktor Blom won heads-up of Unibet Open event during one hand
The Bonnington Hotel in Dublin has become a center for conducting the Unibet Open 2020. Several events have already taken place as part of the series, and today we will focus on one of the tournaments – the Battle Royale.
This event was only available to Unibet Poker ambassadors, who met at the table in order to determine the strongest one. Since there were only 9 players in the tournament, the game had started with the final table.

The most famous player at this table was Viktor "Isildur1" Blom. The guy is rightly considered one of the best Swedish poker players who has a few million dollars, earned by playing poker, on his record.
Only three people reached the ITM zone of the Battle Royale tournament. Espen Jorstad was the first to receive his payment in the amount of €500 for finishing third.
In heads-up, Viktor Blom was opposed by David Vanderheyden. Before the final battle started, Blom collected 95% of the chips, and his rival had only 1BB.
Vanderheyden had no other choice but to put the rest of his chips in the center of the table with Q-10. Blom, in turn, called with 8-9, and the nine of diamonds that came on the flop was enough to determine the outcome of the battle.
