Yet another server failure occurred on PokerStars

PokerStars 2020

The top and most famous poker room in the world, PokerStars, is known for its modern soft and a large field of players.

However, despite its advanced software and a big team to provide support, PokerStars server fails from time to time.

One of such server crashes occurred last Friday night so that lots of tournaments were paused and even rescheduled.

PokerStars Support, of course, reported on the system failures on their official Twitter page:

PokerStars Support

This was a fairly standard response from the PokerStars Support, but the game servers’ operation was soon restored, namely on December 5th at 3:00 am (GMT).

In turn, the Support Service of the poker room apologized to poker players and promised to compensate those users who would request refunds specifying the tournament ID and contact them through the HELP form.

I’ve been working in the Cardmates team since 2018. Started playing poker the same way most people usually do – socially, with friends and fellow students. I adored those exciting poker nights but never thought my life would be connected with this game, even tangentially.
