Farrell became the eighth Triple Crown winner with three victories over the course of two years and one month. In total, only nine poker players have such a title.

First, in October 2015, the Scot won the €5 300 buy-in EPT Malta Main Event and received a €534 330 payout. Then, in November 2016, the poker player conquered the WPT Caribbean Main Event for $4 560 and earned $335 000. And finally, he became crowned three times in November 2017, after winning the €25 000 high roller bracelet tournament at the WSOPE in Rozvadov. Then Farrell received the largest payout of his poker career in the amount of €745 280.

The poker player himself also told about this event to his Twitter followers and announced pleasant surprises for the British GGPoker community in the coming months.
